Chase Near Eastside Legacy Center

On February 7 2012, the new Legacy Center will open providing a great resource to the near eastside and especially to Cottage Home neighborhood since it's outside our front door on Arsenal Tech campus. The facility includes a full-service fitness facility, state-of-the-art media studio, mobile computer lab, educational greenhouse and garden, instructional kitchen and art studio. More details.

Cottage Home is a Conservation Area

On July 2, 2008, the Indianapolis Historic Preservation Commission voted unanimously to approve the Cottage Home Conservation Plan. Plan details are available at the IHPC site.
